1st day: Delhi - Darjeeling (2130 m) [1H30 flight and 2H by road]

Morning departure to the airport and flight to Bagdogra. We then leave the Himalayan foothills to climb the Himalayas high hills. Taking the traditional route of tea, we will rise to more than two thousand meters to reach, after about 2 hours of road, Darjeeling. It was a retreat created by the British in the nineteenth century, who developed the most famous tea plantations in the world. The town has kept its character "so British" with its colonial houses. Overnight at hotel.

2nd day: Darjeeling (2130 m)

Early in the morning we see the sunrise from Tiger Hill on the Himalayas dominated by the third highest peak in the world, Kangchenjunga. Visit the monastery of Ghoom where Alexandra David-Neel lived, and return to the city, which was the summer residence of the viceroys of India, when Calcutta was the capital. In the very lively bazaar, you will rub shoulders with the main ethnic groups in this part of the Himalayas: Lepchas, the oldest inhabitants of the region, Bhotias from Tibet, Nepali, Bengali and Tibetan refugees. Also visit tea plantations. Overnight at hotel.

3rd day: Darjeeling (2130m) - Happy Valley

Full day in the plantations of the Happy Valley Tea Estate. Overnight at hotel.

4th day: Darjeeling - Bagdogra – New Delhi [2H - 90 Km]

Depart in the morning for Bagdogra airport. Transfer to the airport. End of our services.

Note: Visits mentioned above - are optional. The only requirement being that the steps are followed. Your driver is available 8 hours per day (between 7:00 am and 22:00pm)..
