Our Carbon Footprint
We calculate our own internal carbon footprint in terms of electricity, water, waste, and transportation consumption, and we offset it on the same basis as our travelers at the end of the fiscal year. Indexed to European standards, we have converted the carbon ton into euros (€22/ton). Additionally, we also invest in sustainable development projects (reforestation, renewable energy, permaculture, plastic reduction, recycling, etc.) initiated by partner NGOs.

Travelife Partner
Our company has achieved Travelife Partner recognition for Japan, Sri Lanka, and India. Travelife Partner is the entry recognition level within the international Travelife sustainability programme for tour operators and travel agents. This recognition confirms our commitment to further improving the sustainability of our business operations through a structured sustainability management system and the implementation of recognised sustainability practices. Travelife Partner recognition is awarded following an independent assessment based on the Travelife Partner criteria. During this assessment, our sustainability policy, objectives, management system, implementation of key sustainability practices and supporting documentation are evaluated against 60 mandatory sustainability criteria. To maintain this recognition, our company is independently reassessed every two years to verify that we continue to comply with the Travelife Partner criteria. Travelife Partner also provides the basis for progressing to the highest recognition level: Travelife Certified. This recognition is awarded following a comprehensive independent on-site audit based on the Travelife Certified criteria. This standard comprises more than 200 mandatory sustainability criteria and verifies the implementation of sustainability management and sustainability practices throughout the entire organisation. Travelife Partner
Our company has achieved Travelife Partner recognition for Japan, Sri Lanka, and India. Travelife Partner is the entry recognition level within the international Travelife sustainability programme for tour operators and travel agents. This recognition confirms our commitment to further improving the sustainability of our business operations through a structured sustainability management system and the implementation of recognised sustainability practices. Travelife Partner recognition is awarded following an independent assessment based on the Travelife Partner criteria. Travelife Certified
Our company has achieved Travelife Certified recognition for Indonesia. Travelife Certified is the highest recognition level within the internationally recognised Travelife sustainability programme for tour operators and travel agents. Travelife Certified recognition is awarded following a comprehensive independent on-site audit based on the Travelife Certified Standard. During the audit, it is verified that our company complies with more than 200 mandatory sustainability criteria covering areas including environmental management, climate action, biodiversity, working conditions, human rights, local communities, sustainable supply chain management, customer communication and responsible business practices. The audit confirms that our sustainability management system and sustainability practices have been demonstrably implemented throughout the entire organisation and comply with the requirements of the Travelife Certified standard. To maintain this recognition, our company is recertified every two years to verify that we continue to comply with the requirements of the Travelife Certified Standard. By voluntarily offsetting your emissions through the Action Carbone Solidaire program, you will support projects led by socially-driven entities (NGOs, cooperatives, small businesses, etc.), focusing on initiatives that promote international solidarity and serve the public interest.
