From Hong Kong to Bali

In the evening, take advantage of your free time to discover the buzzing neon lights of Mong Kok, one of the liveliest districts in Hong Kong.

Set out to explore the contrasts of Hong Kong with your local guide. Cross Victoria Harbour aboard the legendary Star Ferry to reach the historic districts of Central and Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island. Savour wonton noodles before diving, in the afternoon, into the popular spirit of Kowloon's markets (flower market, bird market and jade market). This is a fully guided immersion to capture the full energy of the megacity.

Begin this new day with a 4-hour morning excursion in a private minivan to discover Kowloon, one of Hong Kong's liveliest districts. Your guide introduces you to the traditions of the Bird Garden, the scents of the flower market, and the spirituality of Wong Tai Sin Temple, one of the city's most famous Taoist shrines.

After these discoveries, you have a free afternoon to continue exploring Hong Kong at your own pace. How about visiting a museum such as M+, dedicated to contemporary visual art, or strolling one last time through the lively lanes of Kowloon?

It is your last day in Hong Kong. Take the opportunity to savour local culinary specialities one last time, tasting Hong Kong-style French toast or siu mei, the famous Cantonese roast meats. You can then take a leisurely stroll through Mong Kok market for a final taste of local life.

Your driver then takes you to Hong Kong International Airport for your flight to Bali. You then arrive at Denpasar International Airport, where you are met by your driver. He takes you towards Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali. Check in and spend the night at your hotel.

After a good breakfast, you set off for a morning trek through the rice paddies. Accompanied by your guide, you explore the lush landscapes of the Balinese countryside and discover the importance of rice cultivation, at the heart of local life and traditions.

After this wonderful immersion in nature, enjoy the afternoon strolling through the centre of Ubud, the artistic and cultural capital of Bali. Art galleries, craft shops, small boutiques and restaurants give the town a particularly charming atmosphere.

Today, you trade your standard vehicle for a Volkswagen Safari. These vintage convertible vehicles let you experience the beautiful small Balinese roads with even more intensity.

Set off to discover the terraced rice fields, rural villages and waterfalls of the Ubud region. Enjoy the lush landscapes that make up all of Bali's charm.

Along the way, you stop at the artisan street of Tegalalang, which leads to the impressive terraced rice fields. You then head north to Kintamani and the caldera of Mount Batur.

You return to Ubud in the late afternoon to enjoy your hotel.

Final night in Ubud.

You meet your driver, who transfers you to Jimbaran, on the Bukit peninsula, at the very south of Bali. Take the opportunity to discover Jimbaran's famous fish market and enjoy delicious fresh fish and squid, cooked right in front of you.

In the afternoon, relax on the beach or go shopping for some typical souvenirs of this wonderful trip. Along the way, meet and chat with the Balinese people, a chance to notice their kindness once again.

You then head to your hotel and enjoy your evening by the pool.

Today, your schedule is free! Make the most of this last day in Bali to discover the magnificent beaches of the Bukit peninsula and top up your tan before heading home. You could, for example, visit the beaches of Green Bowl, Melasti or Karma Beach.

Continue your exploration by visiting the famous Uluwatu Temple, perched atop cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean.

To end the day in style, don't miss the magnificent sunset facing the surfers of Uluwatu, accompanied by a fresh fruit juice in one of the bars set along the cliff edge.

Your last day on the 'Island of the Gods' has arrived. Make the most of these final moments for one last swim in the sea, a last grilled fish, or a last coconut facing the ocean.

Your driver picks you up from your hotel and takes you to Denpasar International Airport for your return flight. It is time to leave Bali and look back on all the wonderful moments experienced during this trip.
