Let yourself embark on this inner adventure and discover our tips, from relaxation to cooking, for a colourful daily life. Why not extend this sensory experience during an authentic Vietnam holiday to experience these atmospheres on site?
Meditation
Emptying your mind, taking the time to disconnect from the outside world to reconnect with yourself. Meditation is a true inner journey for the harmony of body and mind. Grant yourself this moment of relaxation, alone or shared with family to introduce both young and old to the practice.
Our favourites: Insight Timer offers varied and free content, while Petit BamBou offers eight discovery sessions for beginners.
Yoga
Recharging your batteries, solo or with family, the practice of yoga suits everyone and soothes adults as well as children. Offer yourself a wellness break in the heart of your daily routine.
We recommend the gentle approach of Charline, whose sessions combine softness and authentic transmission. Soon, you can enjoy a yoga retreat experience through our upcoming collaborations!
Homemade Ayurvedic scrub
There is nothing like a natural treatment to take care of your skin and reconnect with yourself. Here is an express scrub recipe to make at home:
Equipment: tablespoon, container, pestle (or a bag and a rolling pin).
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Himalayan pink salt or semolina
- 1 tbsp of organic coconut oil
- 1 drop of organic ginger essential oil
Preparation: Crush the salt, mix all the ingredients and apply in circular motions on the face or body. Rinse with lukewarm water and enjoy soft skin. Tip: this preparation must be used immediately.
Board games
Travel without leaving your living room thanks to these two games that are as fun as they are inspiring:
-
Jaipur: A game for two players where you play as merchants competing with audacity to win the Seal of Excellence and be received at the Maharaja's court. Accessible and strategic, this game brings a touch of India to your home!
-
The Mind: More than a game, a unique experience for two to four players. Cooperate in silence to order numbered cards, merge your minds and push your limits… An enigmatic adventure to share!
